Topcoat from the City

As many of you have noticed the front entrance has finally been paved. This repair was a result of "flood damage". We have requested several of the larger potholes be addressed by public works as an interim fix. The remainder of the roads are still being addressed as a development issue. The board has submitted everything to the city and the city has begun the process of getting our issues addressed through the bonding/ insurance company.
We are waiting on an update from the city and will continue to keep everyone posted as we know more. Thank you for your continued patience.....

WORK DAY Reminder and Update

Don't forget the HOA Work Day is scheduled for Saturday at 8:00 AM. Please meet at the front entrance ready to work. Our main objective will be to clean up around the neighborhood. Please bring a smile and trash bags.

Update from the city:
There has been extensive communication between the HOA board and the city over the past couple of weeks. We are happy to announce that the city has issued a letter to the bonding company that holds the bonds for the Indian Ridge development. The city has requested that the bonding company release the funds necessary to complete all of the outstanding projects within our development. We hope to have a progress report from the city in 2 weeks. We will keep you posted as we know more.

HOA Work Day May 1st!

We have planned a neighborhood work day for Saturday May 1st starting at 8:00 AM. The board recently walked the common areas and created a wish list of projects we would like to complete during this work day. The list includes enhancing the front entrance landscaping, cleaning up trash, and several other tasks. We need volunteers to make this list become reality. Please send us an e-mail (indianridgehoaboard@gmail.com) if you can volunteer to help so we can plan for the day and purchase the necessary supplies. If we do not get enough volunteers to complete the landscaping and maintenance tasks we will contract those tasks out. This is a great opportunity for each of us to socialize with new and old neighbors while making our neighborhood more beautiful and saving the HOA money.
